General Refund & Return Overview


Alwaysmalls offers a 60-Day Return Policy for all products purchased on our platform, and we provide FREE RETURNS for all eligible returns—no return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. We also process refunds within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned items, ensuring a fast and hassle-free refund experience for all eligible requests. Our return and refund policy applies to all products, with the only exception being products that are damaged or used beyond reasonable inspection after delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds


To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return request is submitted within 60 days of the order delivery date.
  2. The product is in its original, unopened packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
  3. The product is unused, unaltered and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  4. The return is accompanied by the original order number and a valid return request confirmation from our customer service team.

Products that are damaged due to customer misuse, accidental damage, or improper storage are not eligible for returns or refunds. Customized products (if applicable) are also non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made to specific customer requirements.

How to Initiate a Return


  1. Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your original order number, product details and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and send a Return Confirmation Email with a free return shipping label and detailed return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  2. Package Your Return: Securely package the eligible product(s) in the original packaging (or a suitable protective package) and attach the free return shipping label provided by our team.
  3. Ship the Return: Drop off the packaged return at the designated logistics partner location as indicated in the return instructions. No return shipping costs will be charged—our free return policy covers all associated shipping fees.

Return Inspection & Refund Processing


Once your returned package is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the product(s) to verify eligibility for a refund. This inspection process typically takes 1-3 business days. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund immediately, and the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing times—we have no control over these timelines and will assist with any inquiries to your payment provider if needed.

Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions


In the event that a returned product fails our eligibility inspection (e.g., used, damaged, unoriginal packaging), we will contact you to inform you of the inspection result and arrange for the product to be returned to you at no additional cost. We do not issue partial refunds for any products—all eligible returns are processed for a full refund of the product purchase price (in USD).

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damaged/defective product and your order number. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund without requiring a return of the damaged item, at your discretion.
