https://alwaysmalls.com/), you (the "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase (the "Terms"). These Terms govern all purchases of products from our platform, and together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and other posted policies, form the entire agreement between you and Alwaysmalls (the "Seller") for the purchase of our products. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not make any purchases on our website. We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time, with the updated version posted on our website and taking effect immediately upon posting.

Order Placement: When you place an order on our website, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price (in United States Dollars, USD), plus no additional shipping costs (per our free shipping policy). All product prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice, with the price at the time of order placement being the binding price for your purchase.

Order Verification: We reserve the right to verify all orders before acceptance, including verifying payment details, shipping address and product availability. We may contact you to request additional information to complete the verification process.

Order Confirmation: Your order is not considered accepted until we send a formal Order Confirmation Email to the email address associated with your order. This email will include your order number, product details, total purchase price and estimated shipping and delivery timelines. Once the Order Confirmation Email is sent, a binding contract is formed between you and Alwaysmalls for the fulfillment of the order.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed (1-3 business days after placement). To cancel an order, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number immediately—we cannot cancel orders that have been processed or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing, unavailable products or suspicious payment activity, and will issue a full refund for any cancelled orders.

Taxes: All product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of any applicable local taxes, duties or customs fees (for international orders). The Customer is solely responsible for paying any taxes, duties, customs fees or other charges imposed by the customer’s local government on the purchase or delivery of our products. Backorders: If a product you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the out-of-stock status. You may choose to either cancel your order for a full refund or place a backorder (if applicable) for the product, with no additional cost to you. Backordered products will be shipped as soon as inventory is restocked, and we will provide an estimated restock and shipping date.

Product Substitutions: We do not offer product substitutions without your explicit consent. If a product is unavailable, we will never ship a substitute product unless you confirm your acceptance of the substitution in writing.
Order Fulfillment & Delivery

Order Processing: We process all confirmed orders within 1-3 business days (per our Shipping Policy), and ship orders via our trusted logistics partners. All deliveries follow our standard 6-12 business day delivery timeline, with free shipping applied to all orders worldwide.

Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and valid shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information. We cannot modify shipping addresses after an order has been processed and shipped.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery of the package to the designated shipping address. Once the package is marked as "Delivered" by our logistics partner, we are no longer responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the products.

Product Inspection: Upon delivery, we encourage you to inspect the package and products immediately. If the package or products are damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number within 3 business days of delivery—we will arrange for a free replacement or full refund (per our Refund Policy).
Product Returns & Refunds

Limitation of Liability
Alwaysmalls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase of products from our website, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damage to property.
